These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use creativepolo.com or engage Creative Polo (“we”, “us”) for services. By requesting or accepting a quote, you agree to these Terms. Your written quote or proposal sets out the specific scope, price and timeline for your project and takes priority where it differs from these Terms.
Our services
We provide digital marketing (including local SEO, SEO, AI search optimization and social media marketing), web development, branding and graphic design, Excel and VBA automation, and data analysis. Starting prices on our website are a guide; your fixed price is confirmed in a written quote before any work begins.
Quotes and scope
Each quote describes what is included. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only starts after you approve it in writing.
Payment terms
- Marketing plans (local SEO, SEO, AI search optimization, social media marketing) are paid monthly.
- Projects (web development, branding and design, Excel and VBA automation, data analysis) are paid 50% upfront to get started and 50% on completion.
- Advertising spend for paid campaigns is paid by you directly to the advertising platform and is not included in our fees.
- All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless your quote states otherwise.
Your responsibilities
To deliver on time, we rely on you to provide accurate information, content, logins or access we need, and timely feedback and approvals. Delays in these may affect timelines.
Ownership of work
Once you have paid in full, you own the final work we create for you, including designs, website code written for your project, Excel tools and reports. Third-party items such as stock photos, fonts, plugins or software remain subject to their own licenses, which we will tell you about.
We may show completed work in our portfolio. If you would prefer we don’t, just tell us.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information and data confidential and use it only to provide our services. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request.
Results
We use proven, ethical methods and report our work clearly. However, search engines, AI tools and social platforms control their own results, so we cannot guarantee specific rankings, mentions, traffic or sales.
How we use AI
We use AI tools to research, draft and build faster. Every deliverable is reviewed and verified by a member of our team before it reaches you.
Ending a monthly plan
You can end a monthly marketing plan by giving us written notice before your next billing date. Work already paid for is completed for the current month.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in place when you accept a quote applies to that project.
